Auxilia Additive Manufacturing serves the local manufacturing industry in and around Columbus, GA. We focus on providing personalized service with a single point of contact and aim to deliver the fastest possible turnaround time for your projects.
What We Do
Let us support your operations with custom tooling, fixtures, or other highly functional 3D printed parts, be it reproduction of an existing part, rapid prototyping, or iterative development into an end use product. No matter what type of service you’re looking for, we guarantee to give you our full attention until you are satisfied with your prints or designs.
Start from just a concept or come ready with your own 3D drawing ready to run.
Materials
Available materials include: FDM composite structures with continuous fiber reinforcement including Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, and Fiberglass, Nylon and Polypropylene in multiple grades, PLA, PETG, various flexible filaments, and ASA for UV and humidity resistant projects. Other materials may be made available upon request, including stainless steel.
Pricing
Printer time is typically priced between $5-10 per hour. CAD time is $25 per hour.
